    Confirmed: President Trump’s budget will request at least $8.6 billion for the wall. That includes $5 billion from CBP and $3.6 billion from DOD. On top of that — the WH will ask for $3.6 billion to pay back money Trump hopes to redirect this year w/ his emergency declaration.

    Last Congress, I introduced the MAR-A-LAGO Act to require disclosure of visitor logs at any location the president regularly conducts business. We deserve to know who has the president’s ear and who is wielding their influence in our democracy.

    This, from ⁦⁩, is bonkers, and will certainly fuel the push for Mar-A-Lago visitor logs.

    I'm proud to be an original cosponsor of this important and timely legislation. Presidential pardons should never be used as a tool for personal benefit.

    Presidents can use a pardon to rectify an injustice. They may not use it to obstruct justice. I just introduced legislation to ensure that if the pardon power is abused to coverup crimes involving any President, his/her family or associates, Congress finds out:
