Nothing in the Constitution gives law enforcement the right to murder. There's plenty of evidence of police rioting in addition to whatever civilian looting might be going on. And you forgot to blame China.

.You are a joke if you think this is civil war Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. '.Congress have the power to aid the National Government..and in emergencies may use the militia to put down armed insurrection. The Federal government may call out the militia in case of civil war'
