Whether or not Lorance made a mistake, there were serious concerns about his trial, such as the lack of: - A defense against factually incorrect statements - Presentation of existing exculpatory evidence - Recommendation of a lesser & appropriate sanction

Pardon. The term is going to be used frequently in the next few months. As in “will Pence pardon Trump?” A lot of gray area in abuse of power, obstruction of justice, and witness intimidation.

Have you ever been to a court-martial? I have. I was a bailiff for many while I was in the service. Evidence is presented, witnesses are questioned by both sides and in Lorance's case he was determined to be guilty. Unless there is new evidence I'm standing by that guilty verdict
