If you talking about voting by mail it's been around since before you were born. It's not new. I for one would like to read this bill. Please post a link so that we can see what you propose.
Well if it wasn't for the mail-in ballots this year I wouldn't have been able to vote, I have cancer and a titanium rod in my leg so it's painful and hard to walk never mind standing in line for hours. No one ever thinks about people like me that have issues.
