None of these conditions have been met in the Articles of Impeachment that were passed out of the Judiciary committee this morning.

POTUS is protected by the Constitution just as every other citizen. Why has this travesty not been taken to the courts? If a precedent is not set, and there is enough written to justify it, this type of coup will be repeated.
