Where do we stand on killing infants...I'm convinced we're all against it. But I'm also convinced there are babies out there who are dying of neglect. Where do we stand on pre- and postpartum nutrition, mental health treatment, affordable housing, healthcare, baby wellness?

Infanticide is already illegal.

This is sheer idiocy and a total waste of time. Infanticide is already a crime! Besides, who will pay the enormous health care costs for the minuscule population your legislation would affect?

Like we need another holier than thou white guy telling women what to do and forcing his beliefs on women, so arrogant, so hypocritical when he hasn't adopted any special needs children I'm guessing.
