The non payment of salaries during government shutdown for the 800,000 is because Nancy Pelosi and Democrats want to play political games with people’s life. Totally unnecessary. Nancy called it “collateral damage”. She can shove it up where the sun never shines!

It's Trumps fault! He STARTED the shutdown and even said on camera that he would be proud to do it. Blaming anyone else for keeping it going is the equivalent of the "why ya hitting yourself?" gag that bullies do to little kids. Except now he's holding federal paychecks hostage.
