The hold-up is because @RepMcKinley and House R's funded CHIP by requiring cuts to Prevention and Public Health so the money could be used to fund tax cuts for billionaires.
Since the House passed CHIP months ago, it’s time the House leadership force the Senate to do its job by including CHIP reauthorization in next week’s funding bill. Apparently just 9 Senators from across the aisle are needed.
