  Sir, Medicaid and Medicare help people with disabilities. Personal savings accounts don't help if they're empty! You're an engineer and sat on a hospital medical board, surely you know this. Why the dishonesty?

  As a parent of two disabled children the no.1 help is access to Medicaid and social services. This tax plan does nothing to buttress these programs yet does everything to jeopardize them. Vote No.
