I'm proud to have joined my colleagues @repgregwalden & @RepGuthrie in leading a letter to follow up with the DEA on the status of the recommendations outlined in the December 2018 E&C report, on Red Flags & Warning Signs Ignored: Opioid Distribution & Enforcement Concerns in WV.
This report came in the aftermath of a story by the Charleston Gazette-Mail which covered the more than 3 million prescription opioids shipped to a single pharmacy in a Southern West Virginia town with only 400 residents.
