I worked @ Walmart & was part of the Overtime Class Action Suit. After working UNPAID OVERTIME for OVER a YEAR. Walmart paid Settlement. I received a Check for $88.00. This suit is similar it will pay WV pennies for the lives of Our Family & Friends.
