WV is the epicenter of the opioid crisis, & until recently was not getting it's fair share of funding. I have worked to target resources to states that are particularly hard hit. As a result, WV has seen a five-fold funding increase & will be receiving $28,027,511 in SOR Grants
Completely ridiculous that West Virginia’s medical marijuana program has taken three years to implement & there’s still no end in sight! States with medical marijuana don’t have opioid epidemics!
