Recent CBO and Stanford studies have warned that a carbon tax is the most regressive form of tax that could be implemented and would impact poor and middle-class families at double the rate. It would raise the costs on everything Americans consume.

Wrong, Representative. CCL's Carbon Fee & Dividend would return the profits to the people as it is revenue neutral. The poor would break even or profit from the returns.
