Congressman McCarthy @GOPLeader has just informed me that the President has committed to reverse FEMA’s decision to deny the request for a federal disaster declaration for the recent fires. The Presidential Disaster Declaration is imminent and help is on the way.

Are you sure? Trump's whims change from moment to moment. He has no loyalty. Not even to a toady that votes for his exoneration at the impeachment trial. Must make your re-election harder when your constituents know that your first loyalty is to a disloyal president.

Thanks to the Electoral College, President Trump can completely ignore the large number of conservatives — more than many red states — living in California. Their votes cannot help him in the national election.
