Rep. Waters, can you please let me know how this $1200 stimulus will impact my 2020 overall income? Will it be: A)counted as general income, and tacked to the top of my salary for tax purposes? B)Not counted in my 2020 income. or C)A tax return advance on my 2020 taxes?

Income has changed for many. To use the 2018-2019 tax returns to determine who should get a payment is not helping those who income has suddenly changed.
