The #SupremeCourt ruling today is a victory for the Constitution. Under #PAPSA, states were prevented from being able to choose whether to legalize and regulate sports betting within their borders. This was federal overreach at its worst, & greatly eroded the bedrock of America.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and I took a vacation to Vegas in December. The only thing I saw in Vegas I didn’t have in Florida was sports book. With today’s ruling we should get even more tourism now.
