What other federal government over-reaches of the tenth amendment should follow? I have a great idea, how about we keep the federal government within the constraints of the 13 enumerated powers granted by the Constitution? Wouldn't that be awesome? Now DO IT !!!!!
Today's #SupremeCourt ruling in Murphy v. National Collegiate Athletic Association was entirely correct, and carries tremendous implications for states.
