I am sure that is for some, but not all of us are getting money back. Though i know its great from most Americans, some places are not as easy to find work as others. I live in an area where illegals are a dime a dozen. I can't find decent work because they take all the jobs.

Nothing because that's not what people are receiving and is/will be offset by the growing deficit, Medicare/ Medicaid/job cuts, inflation and higher premiums for health care.
