Please explain how a state has the right to regulate a right? Especially one that says shall not be infringed & one that encompasses title 10 USC sec 246,252,253 The tenth amendment says rights NOT enumerated & Deprivation of rights is a crime title 18 USC sec 241,242

Extremely important, esp. when many of us in West drive hundred of miles through the Desert to get to destination. Drive 800 miles to TX, sign says another 1,000 ++ Miles to Huston...then one has car trouble. We Need Concealed Carry Reciprocity!

Exactly. Why is this even issue? Last a checked the second amendment to the bill of rights said “shall not be infringed.” That doesn’t sound like powers being delegated or reserved for the states. Why do states get to impose any gun regulations period?

Agree. That makes me think of that single mom who was arrested for taking her gun across state lines for protection. I believe she was cleared. It’ll be tough though if each state has very different gun laws in response to the Parkland shooting.

I AGREE MATT !! WE TRAVEL A LOT IN OUR RV AND HAVING TO CONSTANTLY WORRY ABOUT WHAT TO DO IF STOPPED AND SEARCHED IN STATES THAT DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE SUCH AS ME TO CARRY HANDGUNS !!
