It's the same old song and dance. Notice how everyone says something that sounds good but does nothing? Fund the VA, put money into retraining vets, spend money for homeless vets. Gaetz is in a unique position - he's in Congress and can vote for these things. He doesn't.

Yes it would but due to my lobbying of the government in the 90’s it at least made them equal to Medicaid. What really needs to be done is to make reimbursement easier & quicker.
