For all those wondering, this is my son Nesquik. We share no blood but he is my life. Cuba doesn't allow intercountry adoptions. How was this a legal adoption? I would love to know! I had to have an extensive background check and complete a number of hours in adoption training when I applied to adopt a child. FYI, I do not have a DUI/arrest record.
