It took my family over 10 years to gain citizenship in that time my father opened up a successful small business in Florida. He was just as worthy of receiving the aid back then as he is now.
Much of this money will be spent on illegal immigrants in the United States, and foreign migrants around the world.
Neither of those groups are Americans.
