  Corporations can resell the shares of stock they bought back. Easy way to raise cash. Wouldn’t burden the country. They would complain about lowering stock prices. But the buybacks artificially raised stock prices. Looks like a wash!

  Those who live pay check to pay check need something to cover what they may not earn during the isolation efforts. Help them pay for food, mortgages, utilities, etc. Keep them afloat to mitigate the disruption and it will help flatten the economic disruption.
