That's what the profit driven, ROI prioritized mentality has gotten us. Lower wages, fewer jobs in manufacturing, yet more people making bank not from working, but from investing. America was great when we had a balance and the greater good mattered.
Coronavirus is a wake-up call to the fact that we've got so much of our supply chain for our medical equipment and drugs in China. 95% of our imported ibuprofen comes from China...it's like we can't even have an America First headache anymore.

America was great when we taxed corporations fairly to help support the nation and it's people they relied on to make their fortunes. It was great when the people were prioritized over the corporate behemoth. The American people now are just marks to be fleeced and abused.
