Please ADD 2 the AFTER Act....when animals (mostly dogs) are victims of abuse (all forms) & they are kept alive until the CASE has been closed or a sentence has been given-DO NOT SEND THEM TO A SHELTER THAT WILL KILL THEM IF NOT ADOPTED IN A SPECIFIED TIME
