Sir, as I see it, the shooter was demonstrating troubled behavior prior to the incident. His social media was filled with Muslim Brotherhood propaganda which went unnoticed. The original vetting both by KSA and US Intelligence failed to see him as a threat, and no monitoring.

Going forward, more needs to be done to qualify students and ensure that all is well throughout their training. Also, while the majority of students can adapt to life here and US culture, some cannot. Saudi and US need to vett for this as well.

Limit them to classroom training only... didn’t it start in a classroom? We have military bases all over the globe. They can go train somewhere else. This is insane.
