Today, I was proud to vote for H.R. 1768, the Diesel Emission Reduction Act, which passed 295 to 114. This bill reauthorizes a grant program for states to upgrade older diesel engines. Called “one of the most cost-effective federal clean air programs,”
the program has delivered $19 billion in health benefits, and generated the same emissions reductions as taking 236 million cars off the road. I was proud to vote for this bipartisan legislation. Make America Green Again! #GreenRealDeal

In Ohio, it's darn-near impossible to get access to grant money bcuz private is competing against public for same dollars.
