This is misleading and disingenuous. In 2015, the GOP held control of the Senate and the House. There was AZ state legislation introduced to deal with these types of crimes (I don't know if it ever passed). Now that it's 2019, the GOP is using this man's grief for politics.

Also, the man who killed his son is in jail. He's been in jail since the murder. I haven't found whether he has been properly tried and convicted, but this is very much a lie.

Why don't you post police arrest charges for Matt Gaetz? I'm don't know if he did or didn't have DUIs. I do know police do arrest you on the spot for DUIs. I still doesn't justify his murder by an illegal immigrant with dreams kids.
