The Judge who oversaw DUI case on GOP Rep Matt Gaetz, had close ties to his father, who threw a welcome home party for the Judge a year earlier. The DUI case was dropped and Gaetz didn’t get his license suspended for refusing breathalyzer, even though Florida law dictates it.
