I wish I had their hours. They have no idea what it's like to work for years and years from pay check to pay check. We pay their salaries and work our ass's off to do it, 5, 6 or even 7 days in a row. Disgusting...
Another element of the #Swamp is to try to pack the room w/ people who have a more milquetoast approach to policy reforms. That’s why Congress should be paid hourly based on hours they are in session. This is BS. I work over 40 hours every week for less pay than all of you.

That’s like suggesting teachers should only get paid for the hours that they’re in the classroom. In fact teachers spend hours outside the classroom preparing curricular attending meetings working on continuing education preparing task grading papers.
