You don’t understand how negotiation works. It’s not like having a Senator negotiate for his son to have his DUI record expunged so that he continue in a life of political crimes like daddy.
The #shutdown could end tomorrow if Democrats were willing to negotiate w/ the President & support common sense border security that they’ve supported as recently as 2013. We don’t need band-aid solutions; we need to secure our border, aid hurricane victims, & reopen government.

Mitch McConnell can end this shutdown immediately if McConnell held a vote on the exact same legislation that already passed unanimously. He refuses because of POTUS.

I can’t understand how the Democrats could not give the funds for the wall. If it was already voted on previously, McConnell and Pelosi should enforce that!
