how about NO cannabis laws at all...it is a plant...a weed actually...hemp is the answer to many things...keep government control out of it...let people do what nature intended

I hope the Republican Party wakes up on just how bad the drug war failed and to the benefits of MJ. I know for a fact younger (Rs) don’t classify MJ as a harmful substance compared to older generations.

They understand the risk/reward. Its been studied for decades in many countries Problem is, they don't know how to control production/distribution. Almost anyone could grow their own, and there isn't any tax revenue from that... A weed is the easiest thing in the world to grow.
