I am excited that the First Step Act has passed through the Senate; it's a huge step forward for criminal justice. I wish @SenCoryGardner’s amendment, leaving marijuana policy and regulation to individual states, had been included. We must change America’s outdated cannabis laws.

@RepMattGaetz, Can you please ask the President why he hasn't fired Mueller? Why is the@Potus If the Dems say that when they take power in Jan they will shut down all investigations to the DOJ etc? Why can't you Repubs shut down all investigations of Trump and fire Mueller? -
Excellent question! Because the Mueller investigation is necessary to expose all of Trump’s many crimes.
