Behavior like this damages the integrity of Florida’s elections, which is our fundamental right as Floridians and as Americans. The bipartisan, Senate-confirmed Secretary of State should place the office in receivership and take over. Enough is enough. #FloridaRecount2018

Rick Scott was just on
@SeanHannity and stated that he asked officials to go in and get the ballots, but they wouldn't. Let's agree in prayer for justice to be served asap. -

Is the legislature in session, and can they impeach her/refer charges? Scott won't want to suspend her unilaterally while she's supervising an election count in which he's a candidate. But if the statehouse gives him a reason, it's defensible (or he could let Lt Gov do it).

I believe it's out of session now -- normally begins in March and lasts 60 consecutive days. Special sessions can always be called. Scott or the legislature should have taken action two years ago when she destroyed ballots.

Amen. Video showing a line up of cars...one by one driving up to a ballot truck - only ONE person in the car....alone with bags of ballots (from where?)...and throwing them in the truck. Is THIS how FL protects it's process and the VOTERS. We, the people say...INVESTIGATE!

Unfortunately you hit the nail on the head.

If they weren’t signed when they were turned in by Election Day they are null and void. You don’t get a do over.
