For a school project, after researching on his own, my son learned of the life changing HARM of marijuana causes, specially on young people. That is VERIFIABLE damage vs. HOPEFUL benefits. Coming from a rep, this is BAD! Believing otherwise despite the science is just foolish.

It’s bad for young people since their brains are still developing. Alcohol use would have the same effect.

Damn Matt you’re cool. Thank you
Please ensure it doesn’t get completely corrupted by Big Pharma and restore the protection for people to grow their own.

I seriously doubt they're interested in allowing citizens to grow their own. "Medical" & "Research" being stressed here.... undoubtedly skews toward opening the market to pharma :)

I am impressed
@RepMattGaetz. I am a Libertarian to the core and I believe in smallest government possible with the least amount of taxes as possible. I am also very pro-treating adults like adults and punishing the ones severely that hurt anyone’s person or property. -
I think this is one issue Democrats, Republicans and Libertarians (at least as far as being a Millennial goes) agrees with.

Medical Cannabis in the form of RSO (Rick Simpson oil) CURED my stage 4b hodgkins lymphoma in 4 months, three years ago. RSO just cured my wife's Papillary Thyroid cancer in 3 months on August. RSO is full spectrum Indica extract with THC 70% to 98% and CBD 1% to 4%. LEGALIZE IT.

Have heard of RSO. Wonder if it would also heal Lyme. It would def help the effects of it not doubt.

Matt, if you support cannabis research, then you are in the wrong political party.
#Republican President Nixon started the#WarOnDrugs in 1969, cannabis was only supposed to be on Schedule I temporarily, the Schafer Commission rec'd decriminalization in 1972, but Nixon didn't. -
Nope, the Republican party is changing. Just about every Republican voter I know either uses personally or at least approves of marijuana being legal. And they are all professionals who hold down good jobs.
