You know what wasn't in the Constitution? Women having the right to vote, people not being slaves. Those were improvements made to the Constitution. I know you'd rather those were rolled back.

Oh stop the nonsense. The Amendment process is the correct way to install new Civil Rights and/or make changes to existing Rights. It was never intended for the justices to do it by decree when the legislative branch wouldn't do it.
