When the Congress of the United States threatens impeachment for failure to turn over documents and then doesn't actually file Articles of Impeachment, it makes you all look powerless. You either have oversight or you don't. Impeach #Rosenstein

Sounds like intimidation to me. As a former enforcement attorney, I can't see any reason why you would need that information unless the request is meant to have a chilling effect. Government attorneys are committed to mission & bound by state bar rules as well as govt ethics.
