    He's right about this. Sondland's memory problems make him a less-than-ideal witness. He wasn't a note-taker or even particularly conscientious about his conversations with the president.

    "The best witness they have. The very best witness they have -- had to change his testimony twice!" says referring to EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland.
