...There is not a direct financial cost for Texas' "free" Election ID Certification, but voters must travel long distances, miss work, and pay for out-of-state birth certificates in order to obtain the EIC card.

When I vote in Cleveland Heights guess what they ask for every time ?? A valid Ohio drivers license or state ID. Guess it’s because I’m white

I misplaced my birth certificate... guess what ? I had to pay the city of CLEVELAND, Ohio $18 for a duplicate. The BC was needed to prove I am a US citizen to get an Ohio Drivers License and I was born in Euclid and have lived in Ohio all of my 50 years.
