If signed into law, this bill will require colleges and universities to disclose hazing incidents in their Annual Security Report. A lot of hazing is sex-based, & MUST be reported & addressed under
#TitleIX AND Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The danger of a law like this is that it allows schools to LABEL a sex-based offense “hazing,” & not count it or TREAT it correctly as a civil rights offense.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I was hazed in college. Could have walked away at anytime (Some did), this is more nanny state legislation you and Dave are pushing. These institutions and students are already liable if they take it too far. Young adults need to protect themselves. Not defer to govt.
