EPA hasn't been informing the public of water contamination types, how QTY's increased over yrs, etc. Let's take Japan's Fukushima disaster still pouring into the ocean or US atomic test in Bikini Island (the unlined concreted Dome that's getting flooded & leaking nuclear waste).
