I'm curious to know how they're going to get criminals to comply with their regulations when unregistered and illegal firearms are most of the cause of gun violence.

Thank you McBath- this could help prevent another mass school shooting which is not usually carried by a criminal who illegally obtained a firearm but in fact usually is carried by a mentally ill young man with no criminal record -some would call him a domestic terrorist
