    The good news is we have a large supply of REEs here in the US, tucked away in PA’s anthracite coal. By strengthening our domestic production of these critical materials, we can strengthen national security, bring good-paying jobs back to the US, and grow our booming economy.

    Our reliance on China for REEs - which are used in everyday items like cell phones as well as many of the major US military weapons systems - has become a threat to our national security. We cannot allow this unhealthy dependence to continue.
