  9. Fair & free elections shouldn’t come with an asterisk. In Florida we’ve seen bad ballot design cause chaos in recent elections. My amendment to the Act tackles this problem by allowing states to use election assistance grants to improve ballot design.

    The is an important first step to end the culture of silence around workplace harassment. This bill will limit the use of mandatory non-disclosure agreeements employers use to prevent victims from speaking up & require companies to report information on harassment.

  18. Collecting pay data via the EEOC provides us with a fuller picture of pay inequity and discrimination in this country & the Trump Admin should not have stopped it from happening. This is a necessary correction & fantastic news for advocates!
