        @RepLloydDoggett But unfortunately no road is ever paid for because they degrade. Tolling is a fair way for users to pay for I-35 upkeep.

        @DanKeshet @RepLloydDoggett This is a moot point--tolling existing roads is not legal in TX. You can only toll new roads and new capacity.
