As President Trump stirs up tweetstorms of self-pity, he & his Republican enablers have no pity for those left without coverage. At the White House, in Congress, and now at the courthouse, Republicans are there pulling out all the stops to stop this life-or-death protection.

You’re ignoring the reason for the suit is because “the Republican tax bill eliminated the penalty for people who don’t have health coverage.” People couldn’t afford the insurance OR the penalty, or chose to spend their $ elsewhere instead of on their health.
