Unfortunately, Democrats have chosen to play politics by tagging a mechanism paving the way for an increase in the debt ceiling to the legislation, which I could not and did not support.

Democrats decided to use the healthcare of American seniors as leverage to accomplish their partisan goals. I will continue to fight for seniors’ access to quality care and for all Hoosier doctors’ best interests.

So you negotiated, got things you wanted in the bill, then refused to vote for it. What good are you if you don’t do any work we elect you to do?

So, Doctor, voting against the debt ceiling is more important to you than the health of our seniors. Congress will raise the debt ceiling regardless AND no Medicare fix. You got nothing out of this

This Us vs Them BS is so transparent when are you, your colleagues, and the media going to start trying to make this world a better place instead of profiting off of us fighting. Shame.
