This "whistle-blower" was brave enough to do the right thing and report the concerns of many WH aides, which are corroborated by the "transcript". While maybe not a traditional whistle-blower case, it doesn't invalidate the core problem of T's abuse of office.

It’s possible to be involved in both criminal activity and trade agreements. 1 does not prove innocence of the other. Also, impeachment is an investigation process that is always appropriate when criminal activity is suspected. The outcome is decided by a judge. But u knew that.
