The land was always open. People could pretty much visit anytime. It was never closed. There were restrictions on what you could do there, just like I can’t do donuts in a hummer on a playground. But public lands were always open.

Thank you for supporting this as now I have a way to convince all my republican hunting n fishing friends why NOT to support you. This is the one area they do care about. Preserving both for their children to fish and hunt!
