What about the humanitarian crisis that is happening to the children detained in the concentration camps? Any money in there for diapers, soap, tooth brushes, cots, blankets, medical attention?

You're joking. The senate version omits language that provides for the minimal standards of care that NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS would offer to any detainee. The senate bill dumps money onto the current situation and allows the atrocities were seeing to continue. WTF is wrong with you?
